Ticket sales event
Definitions
a. Organizer: Sample Culture Foundation.
b. Buyer: The person purchasing a ticket for the event.
c. Event: Urban Dance Days.
Applicability
a. These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between the organizer and the buyer regarding the sale of tickets for the event.
Offer and Acceptance
a. The offer for ticket sales is made through the official website of the organizer and/or authorized sales channels.
b. The purchase agreement is concluded when the buyer completes the purchase process on the website, and payment is received.
Price and Payment
a. The ticket prices include VAT and any other levies, unless otherwise stated.
b. Payment must be made as indicated during the ordering process.
c. The organizer reserves the right to change prices and correct any errors in pricing.
Cancellation and Refund
a. Purchased tickets cannot be canceled or returned unless the law stipulates otherwise.
b. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the buyer is entitled to a refund of the purchase amount.
Access to the Event
a. The organizer reserves the right to deny access to the event if the buyer does not comply with the applicable access conditions.
Liability
a. The organizer is not liable for damage to property or personal injury during the event, unless such damage results from the deliberate intent or gross negligence of the organizer.
Changes
a. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, venue, or other aspects of the event. Any changes will be communicated to the buyer as soon as possible.
Other Provisions
a. Dutch law applies to this agreement.
b. Disputes arising from this agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
By purchasing a ticket for the event, the buyer declares to agree with these general terms and conditions.
